Company Address Services
It is required by law to have a registered office address in the UK for your limited company. This must be an ‘appropriate address’ as given under section 86(2) of the amended Companies Act 2006. It must be a full postal address, i.e. PO Box/Mail Box addresses are not permissible. We offer an official ‘appropriate address’ for companies wishing to maintain their public, registered address separate from their trading address or directors home address. Our fee for this service is £95 per annum and includes the forwarding of mail via e-mail. We have been providing our registered office address service to clients for over two decades with total customer satisfaction.
