Our professional corporate secretary will be appointed as company secretary for a one year period (renewable as required).

Appointing a professional company secretary allows us to provide company secretarial filing services for the company if combined with our Annual Compliance Service. It also allows us to be seen as agent for the company with Companies House.

It can improve the public perception of your company, projecting an image of a larger, more structured entity. Particularly useful for PLC’s, where it is a requirement to appoint a professional company secretary.
