We hold a small stock of pre-registered, ready made companies.

These are companies that are already incorporated and exist with a company number already in place. They are sometimes referred to as shelf companies.

Our service will include the provision of full company statutory books and the processing of the transfer of the company. All our companies are held as dormant and have not traded.

We hold a small selection of older companies dating back to 2004.
