Certificate of Goodstanding

A Certificate of Goodstanding states that a company has been in continuous, unbroken existence since its incorporation

Furthermore no action is currently being taken to strike the company off the register and the company is therefore in ‘good standing’.

Extra information can also be requested (e.g. date of birth, nationality etc.)

For a Certificate of Goodstanding to be issued, the company’s Confirmation Statements and Accounts must be filed up to date.

We can obtain a Certificate of Goodstanding for your company with any of the extra information shown as required. Certificates can be ordered using our normal service (4-5 working days) or Express service for next day delivery.

We can also arrange for the certificate to be apostilled if required and can arrange for attestation with any embassy for use in a particular country as required.
