Apostille of Documents

It is a certificate and stamp which is physically attached to the document and confirms that the signature of the solicitor, notary or official who has signed it is genuine.

The process of obtaining an Apostille is called Legalisation. Legalisation is usually required by foreign authorities before they will allow a UK document to be used for official purposes in their country.

We can issue the apostille certificate on all UK company documents. Our all inclusive service will ensure your documents are correctly legalised with the apostille so that they will be accepted outside of the UK.

If your business is trading internationally then it is likely that you will require an apostille certificate for your documents.

The process normally takes 3-4 days to complete. We also offer an express service, where we will personally take documents to the legalisation office on the day we receive them. They can then be collected or couriered to you on the same day.

We can also arrange for documents to be legalised at most embassies for use in that country. This is sometimes required in addition to the apostille for a document to be accepted in the country in question.
