At a fixed price of only £89 which includes postage and packing and all registration fees; rather than supply a selection of blank forms or just an e-mailed certificate we will complete all the required paperwork and statutory books (a legal requirement for all companies) for your new company. This includes all share allotments, setting of accounting reference date, share certificates and completed minutes and registers.

Each company formation has been designed to be fully complete and all our companies are delivered in hard copy and are professionally presented in an easy to use hardback file.

We do not require that you register your details with us before ordering and we only request payment once your details are successfully submitted.
