A company limited by guarantee is a ‘not for profit’ company

Designed to be used by charities, clubs, sporting societies or any other type of organisation where any money made is to be used to further the objectives of the group; this also includes Right To Manage (RTM) companies.

Guarantee companies do not have shareholders and can not make a profit for its members. Any money raised must be put towards the objectives of the company. When ordering your company we will ask you for a brief description of what the company intends its objectives to be and this will be added to the company memorandum and articles of association as the stated aims of the company.
